Fabada is made with dried large white beans (fabes de la Granja, soaked overnight before use), shoulder of pork (Lacn Gallego) orbacon (tocino), black pudding (morcilla), chorizo, and saffron (azafrn).

Directions

Soak the dried large white beans (fabes de la Granja) overnight before use. Simmer the soaked beans with shoulder of pork (Lacn Gallego), bacon (tocino), black pudding (morcilla), chorizo, and saffron (azafrn) for an authentic taste.
