Relish with pickled cucumber, red pepper, mustard seeds and spices. Swedes eat it as a hot dog topping alongside crispy onions, ketchup and mustard. Dont knock it until youve tried it!

Ingredients

Cucumber, sugar, vinegar, onion, bell pepper, salt, modified starch, MUSTARD seed, preservatives (potassium sorbate), stabilizers (calcium chloride), extracts of spices (cayenne pepper), spices, colouring (E141, riboflavin).
