Product Description

Especially developed instant dry yeast for processes with limited sugar contents, up to a maximum of 10 percent. Fermipan red is ideal for all lean dough bread types requiring high-fermentation power. Fermipan red guarantees superb baking results in all baking processes. It gives your baked products an excellent natural bread aroma.

Directions

Mix 1 tsp of Fermipan Red with 100ml of lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes, or add it directly to your dry ingredients.
