• The "Finca La Barca" Smoked Oil is an Olive Oil made with the Arbequina olive variety. It is smoked following the traditional method of the Extremadura region of "La Vera", with oak wood, in a process of more than 15 days. The smoke gives the Oil a few smoky nuances that will transport you to a new dimension of flavor and aroma.
• The production of this Oil is limited to the production of the Finca, with each bottle numbered. Closed with sealing, dispenser and presented in a nice individual case, will be the ideal gift for lovers of gourmet.
• 500 ml glass bottle.

This Olive Oil is made with olives of the Arbequina variety of an olive Field located in the province of Toledo (Spain), on the banks of the Tagus River and known as "Finca La Barca", and with a traditional smoked following the method of the Extremaduras region of "La Vera" (Spain).

Made with holm oak wood in a slow process that lasts more than 15 days, this unique gourmet Olive Oil is elaborated, in which its distinctive flavour and aroma stand out, and where the fruity touch of the Arbequinas combines perfectly with the smoky nuances that brings the firewood.

This exceptional Smoked Olive Oil is of limited production since to make it only use the olives of "Finca La Barca", hence each bottle is numbered and closed with sealing wax.
