A very special oil from the La Barca Estate or Finca. Finca La Barca Olive Oil is smoked using the traditional method of the La Vera valley - the home of Spains famous smoked paprika pimentn. For a fortnight the oil itself sits in the smokehouse, drawing in the gentle smoke of the holm oak fires. The estate grown Arbequina olives produce a buttery and fruity oil which partners exceptionally well with the oak smoke. With a bottle of this limited edition oil you can add the rich fragrance of smoke to grilled fish and roast vegetables. Serving suggestion: use to make Spains famous tomato bread pan con tomato.
