Instant Branched Chain Amino Acids (iBCAA) are an instant form of BCAAs. It is split into a 2:1:1 ratio (Leucine : Isoleucine : Valine). It is far more water soluble than standard BCAA powder. Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine are essential amino acids as the body isn't able to produce them, which means they must be consumed through diet or supplementation.

I-BCAA were developed due to the fact that standard BCAA powder is difficult to mix and may take 10-15 minutes to dissolve, which could be a problem if youre in a hurry. Instantised BCCAs now mix into a solution within seconds. This is particularly beneficial if taking iBCAA, pre workout or intra workout as there is no lumpy solution to consume, which can be the case with standard BCAA.
