Fontana FORMIELLO Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is made from the blend of must of carefully harvested grapes and wine vinegar maturated in wooden barrels. This vinegar is produced in Modena, Emilia Romagna. It is a smooth, naturally mellow vinegar, ideal to be used as a salad dressing blended together with extra virgin olive oil, or drizzled directly over grilled or boiled meats and vegetables. No caramel colouring, no thickeners and no sugar are added in our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP.
