Product description

3 x 740g jars of fish soup, made by Le Pere Eugene.
Le Pere Eugene are located in the fishing port of Binic on the Brittany coast and make a whole host of fish and seafood-based products and accompaniments.
These jars of fish soup are made according to a traditional Provence recipe, with 30% locally caught fish and a tomato base flavoured with herbes de Provence.
Shake well before opening and then simply heat and serve with rouille-topped bread and a sprinkling of crisp croutons.
Nutritional values per 100g energy: 156kJ / 37Kcal, fat: 1g of which saturated: 0.1g, carbohydrates 1.3g including sugars 0.7g, proteins: 5.6g, salt 0.09g.

Ingredients

water, FISH 30% (origin Brittany), tomato concentrate, onions, carrots, sunflower oil, salt, thickeners: xanthan gum and guar gum, garlic, leeks, LACTOSE, MILK proteins, Herbes de Provence, fennel powder, pepper, chilli, and colouring: paprika.
