Goose fat can be used in place of butter or oil to add a subtle savoury flavour to your dishes. Melt the fat over medium to high heat for best results. This ingredient can be used in a variety of dishes, such as roast potatoes, confit goose, and cassoulet, as well as rillettes and pts. This jar of duck fat has a very long shelf life when kept in a cool, dry place. Once opened, please store in the refrigerator.
