Product Description

Meringues are the perfect treat with a cup of tea or as a decoration on drip cakes! Easily prepare in a matter of minutes with the FunCakes Meringue Powder. Just add water and if you wish, a bit of sugar. You can add the FunCakes food colourings to create different colours of meringues. The meringue powder can also be used to make American Buttercream or Pavlova. Due to the structure of the product, it's not suitable for making Royal Icing.
