Made from 100% robust desert durum wheat and shaped using a bronze die gives Garofalo pasta its premium taste and texture. Cannelloni are an ideal shape to accompany the most imaginative recipes. They are cylindrical in shape and are usually prepared with a savoury filling, and then baked in the oven. They originate from Emilia Romagna where the original recipe comes from.
