Directions

Mix 1-2 tablespoons of corn starch with 1-2 tablespoons of cold water until smooth. Add to your recipe and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to your desired consistency. For best results, do not add corn starch directly to hot liquids as it may clump. If clumping occurs, use a whisk to break up the lumps.
