Product Description

The Medaglia d'Argento awarded with the silver medal stands for an intense aroma with a pleasant acidity, which can underline the taste of a wide range of dishes. The ingredients are cooked grape must, ripened wine vinegar. The ageing takes about 6 years in French oak barrels from the last century, enriched with precious balsamic extracts from the antique barrels of the vinegar manufactory. Ideal for salads and raw vegetables, sauces and dressings.
