Description

• A traditional beef sausage seasoning with a hint of pepper to compliment any beef sausage.
• Use 25g seasoning per 1kg minced meat, does not include rusk.
• This pack will make 10kg of sausages.
• Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative!
• Simply add this seasoning to rusk, minced meat & water.
• Fill the sausage meat into collagen or natural casings using vegetable oil for a professional sheen.
• The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage.
• Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat.
• Fill using a sausage stuffer machine.

salt, potato starch, flavour enhancer E621, stabiliser E451, plant and fruit concentrates, preservative: sodium metabisulphite E223 (SO2), antioxidant E301 E331, spice extract

Directions

Mix with minced meat, fill into casings & cook as preferred.
