• Place contents in a saucepan and gently heat, stirring occasionally, until completely hot.

Grant's Haggis - hearty meat preparation (6 x 392 g)

Ingredients

Lamb liver (45%), oatmeal (19%), water, beef and lamb fat, onions, salt, spices. Allergens: contains gluten (from oats and possible other cereals)

Directions

Mince 278g pluck tops (sheep heart, liver & lungs with windpipe removed) through a 10mm plate. Mince 166g beef suet through a 10mm plate. Blend both with 130g oatmeal, 22g kibbled onions and 25g haggis seasoning. Add 278g stock or water and mix thoroughly. Fill into ox bungs or artificial casings and tie ends. Cooking suggestions: Place in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to boil then simmer for 50-60 mins. Steam cook for 20-30 minutes. Microwave on full power for 4 minutes.
