It is also the first region in Brazil to receive protected Designation of Origin status, meaning coffee labelled Cerrado has to actually come from Cerrado (similar to the rules protecting Spanish ham or Champagne).
• HOW DOES IT TASTE?- A beautifully smooth & balanced medium-bodied coffee with notes of nuts & chocolate. A very easy-going coffee that you can enjoy any time of the day!

• BREWING RECIPE: Use 16g of coffee with 250g of water to make a medium strength cup of coffee. If you prefer a slightly stronger brew, use 18g instead.
