Steps for usage:
1. Making yourself filled trays. Heat the mouth tray but NOT submerge them into much hot water, just warm water for 10-12 seconds is ok. Put the mouth tray over your teeth, use your fingers gently try till it mold your teeth, set the trays firmly against the teeth.

Directions

Mold trays by heating in warm water and applying a thin layer of whitening gel to both trays. Insert trays in the mouth for 7-10 minutes, then rinse with water. Repeat treatment 2 times a day for 3 days. Avoid contact with gums and do not ingest the gel. Heat tray in warm water, not hot.
