Sierra de Gata region is known by its olives, aimed, to a larger extent, to direct consumption. We are talking about table olives; known within Spain as manzanilla cacerea. They are very similar in texture and taste, which leaves a pleasant aroma on palate.

La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from a selection of olives harvested in the region of Sierra de Gata, in the Northwest of Cceres. There, they are selected just the best olive to guarantee the production of the best quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil for our customers.
