- VERSATILITY: Olive Oil is versatile, so you can use it both in cooking and raw; it is a great ally in the professional kitchen to enrich structured dishes.
- PACKAGING: The bottle of olive oil extra virgin is 0.5 liters.
- NO WASTE: The extraction takes place with modern two-phase continuous cycle crusher. The peanut is recovered and used as fuel, the remainder of the olive pomace delivered to a biodimanager for the production of biogas, then every part of the olive is recovered.
