Product description

This traditional lentil stew is packed full of nutrients and is a natural source of fibre. The authentic Spanish recipe includes chorizo to enhance the deep flavours on it's own, perhaps with pork or as a hearty soup.

Directions

Open the can and put it in a water bath for 15 minutes. Pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and heat it over low heat for 5 minutes. Pour the contents of the can into a non-metallic container and heat it, covered, in a microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the power.
