This Beet Kvass is the natural by-product of our raw fermentation process, with absolutely nothing added or taken away. Fermented Vegetable Juices are super-concentrated, extremely powerful gut healers. Start slowly with around 30-50ml a day and dilute with water if desirable. They are best taken as small daily shots, not drunk by the bottle.
Our Ruby Kraut , from which this kvass is made, uses a delicious combination of earthy vegetables - red cabbage, carrot and beetroot, preserved with salt and lactic acid bacteria. This method of preparation has been used for thousands of years to enhance and preserve the nutritional value and flavour of food.
Fermented foods form an important part of the diets of cultures throughout the world, who cherish these foods for their high vitamin, enzyme and probiotic content, and their ability to promote good health and wellbeing. Loving Foods Sauerkraut and Kimchi is naturally fermented using unprocessed Celtic Sea Salt and nothing else but love and time. Directions
