This raw creamed eucalyptus honey comes from coastal areas in Asturias, a green and unspoilt area in the north of Spain. This honey has been cold creamed, which gives it a smooth, spreadable consistency, with a very fine crystal structure. Luisa's Raw Creamed Organic Eucalyptus Honey has a light and floral flavour, with a slightly savoury, beeswax aftertaste. This is an easygoing, raw honey with a lovely, creamy texture. It is perfect for situations where a milder flavour is desired. Colour: This honey is a pale, earthy yellow colour. Where does the honey come from?: This variety of creamed eucalyptus honey comes from costal areas in Asturias - an untouched, wild and diverse region in the north of Spain. Luisa's hives are well away from sources of pollution in the national parks. Who produces this honey?: This honey comes from Luisa and her daughter Olaya. She is a beekeeper with a passion for producing raw honey of the very highest quality - with a lot of attention to detail.
