Shortbreads 6 x 175g packs (1.05Kg) Each 175g contains 8 shortbread biscuits. All Butter Shortbread blends only flour, butter, sugar and a pinch of salt. It is then slowly baked, creating a crumbly melt in the mouth texture, with a rich flavour. Lemon Zest Shortbread is blended with lemon zest and juice, giving it a sharp citrus taste. Salted Caramel Shortbread is paired with indulgent caramel and flakes of sea salt, creating a sweet, yet salty taste.
