Product Description

Traditionally eaten throughout Southeast Asia for breakfast to use up leftover rice from the previous evening, this authentic fried rice dish, flavoured with onion, chilli and garlic is perfect to enjoy at any time of the day.

Ingredients

Long Grain Rice: Cooked Long Grain Rice, Rice Bran Oil, Emulsifier: Mono-Diglyceride, Antioxidant: Vitamin E. Nasi Goreng Paste: Onion, Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Soy Bean Oil, Fresh Chilli, Salt, Soy Sauce (Soy Bean, Salt, Wheat), Garlic, Modified Corn Starch, Dried Chilli, Oyster, Yeast Extract, Colour: Caramel. Dried Vegetables: Carrot, Spring Onion

Directions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or deep frying pan, add the chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Lower the heat and add sachet of Nasi Goreng paste, stirring to coat the meat with the paste. Stir in the dried vegetables, add the cooked rice and mix well. Put into a small bowl and set aside. Add the rest of the oil to the pan and fry the egg. Push rice into the bowl to mould into a shape, then turn out onto a plate and serve with a fried egg on top.
