Makes 3 portions Microwave - From Ambient: To prepare in a 750w microwave: 1. Put 850 ml (1,5 pints) boiling water in a large bowl. Stir in the pasta and a pinch of salt. Cook uncovered on Full Power for 5-7 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. 2. Drain pasta well and return to the bowl. Stir in the 50 g (2 oz) margarine or butter and 50 ml (3-4 tablespoons) semi-skimmed milk. Add the cheese sauce mix and stir well. Return the bowl to the microwave and cook for a further 1 minute, uncovered on Full Power. Serve Immediately. Oven cook - From Ambient: Conventional Cooking Instructions: 1. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water for 4-6 minutes. 2. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. 3. Add 50 g (2 oz) margarine or butter, 50 ml (3-4 tablespoons) semi-skimmed milk and the cheese sauce mix. Return to the heat and mix well. Serve Immediately.
