Product Description

MONIN Lime Known as 'the lemon of South America', limes are small green-yellow fruit with sour, acidic pulp, generally smaller and less sour than lemons. Limes are used for both the acidity of the juice and floral aroma of the rind. Many classic cocktails such as Gin and Tonic, Caipirinha, Margarita, Mojito and Cuba Libre have the tart, aromatic flavour of lime at their heart. Add MONIN Lime syrup to lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails.

Ingredients

Sugar, water, acid: citric acid, concentrated lime and lemon juice, natural lemon-lime flavouring, emulsifiers: acacia gum, E445, colours: E161b, E133. Total fruit juice: 20%, including 12% lime juice. Contains sulphites.

Directions

Use 15-20 ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25 ml for cocktails, 20-30 ml for frappes and milkshakes, depending on recipe
