Ghee is a clarified form of butter which is made by gently heating butter and removing all the liquid and milk solids from it. This leaves only pure ghee behind which has a distinct nutty flavor. Our Ghee: Our "Made on Order" Ghee is made by a Ghee Master right after you place your order. We use 100% Irish butter to make our ghee which comes from grass fed cow's milk. Around 67% of Ireland's land is agricultural land and almost 80% of that is grass pastures which is ideal for the cows as they graze on the beta carotene rich Irish grass. These grass fed cows produce a smoother and creamier milk which makes a richer flavored butter. Our Pure Ghee is made freshly after you place an order. We do not mass produce or stock large quantities. Every order is individually made with great care and perfection. Our Ghee master has been making ghee for over 15 years and knows exactly how to achieve the right caramel flavor and aroma for a perfect Ghee.
