Description
- The hand boned "Jamn de Bellota 100% Iberico Pata Negra" ham is the cut par excellence. It comes from animals that are over 18 months old and weigh 160 kilos.
- Once the salting period has passed, the hams are first transferred to the dryers and finally to the cellars. Aging takes a total of 36 months, during which the hams undergo natural transformations and form the characteristic aromatic compounds.
- Pata Negra, synonymous with genetic authenticity, and "Caa Fina" are two distinctive features of the 100% Iberian Navarretinto ham.
- The lean and shiny meat and the smoothness of the fat are unmistakable traits that generate a series of sensory perceptions when tasting the ham and that enhance its incomparable aroma.
- Made in Navarretinto, Extremadura, Spain. 100% Iberian pork ham and sea salt. It does not contain gluten. GMO free. Mxima calidad R.D. 4/2014.
