Ingredients

Contains Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis and Lactococcus lactis subsp. cremoris and traces of lactose

Directions

1. Mix one sachet with 1 liter of milk (whole, soy, or cashew) at 43C (110F). 2. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. 3. Incubate the mixture at 43C (110F) for 6-12 hours until the desired thickness is achieved. 4. Once set, refrigerate the yogurt. 5. For other dairy products, follow specific recipes and methods.
