- [ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES] Rich in polyphenols, natural antioxidants that keep the cells of our organism young; Low acidity symptom of freshness to the taste and excellent processing of the product.
- [PROCESSING] Cold pressed from olives milled within 24 h of harvesting. Storage takes place in an air-conditioned environment, the product is bottled in dark and sealed bottles to protect the oil from sun exposure.
