It is a special food that is present in all traditional Spanish meals, in fresh salads or as an aperitif. These olives are produced in the olive groves of Cordoba. As for their preparation, the simplest elements are used for the occasion: water, sea salt and aromatic herbs in order to enhance their flavour.
