Ombar organic pure 90 percent raw chocolate, intense, dark raw chocolate. This bar lets the Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional bean speak for itself, lightly sweetened with coconut sugar, the rich, floral notes of the raw cacao bring out a superior, chocolate taste. The higher the cacao content the higher the flavanols, magnesium and manganese and due to Ombar's low temperature, raw manufacture these nutritional benefits remain vital in the bar.
