Directions

Tear off about 18 inches of floss and wind it around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between hands. Hold the floss tautly between your thumbs and index fingers. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using a sawing motion. Curve the floss around the base of each tooth, making sure to go below the gumline. Slide the floss up and down against the side of each tooth to remove plaque. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a fresh section of floss for each tooth.
