Oro Bailn is one of the brands of GALGN 99, S.L., a firm that has its headquarters in the area of Villanueva de la Reina (Jan, Andalusia). This organisation is located in the Sierra Norte, in the foothills of the Sierra Morena (very close to the towns of Bailn and Andjar). GALGN 99, S.L. was founded in 2005 thanks to the good work of the GLvez GONzlez family (hence the name of the company). Its members own several farms in Andalusia. GALGN 99, S.L. focuses on the production, bottling and marketing of extra virgin olive oil using olives produced in the family's own olive groves. Thanks to its geographical location (the foothills of the Sierra Morena), unique and peculiar fruity and aromatic notes are achieved when producing an Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the highest quality. Moreover, the most remarkable thing of all is its harmony, a perfect combination of fruitiness, bitterness and spiciness. We present you the Oro Bailn Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pearls pack. These are standard capsules without seams that have a sodium alginate membrane (from seaweed), as well as a filling of Oro Bailen Reserva Familiar extra virgin olive oil (Picual and Arbequina Varieties, respectively). The pearls have a high oleic acid content and are ideal for dressing any type of dish, whether hot or cold, vegetables, meat or fish, adding a magnificent presentation.
