Description

• Add 900ml (4.5 cups) of water to one packet of Mee Rebus paste. Boil for 25 minutes. Add one mashed sweet potato for extra flavour.
• Use another pot of boiling water to soak egg noodles and beansprouts for 3 minutes. Drain noodles and beansprouts. Serve with Mee Rebus gravy.
• Garnish with fried shallots/onions, shredded spring onions, fried beancurds, hard boiled eggs, sliced fresh chilies and lime.
