This French polenta from Alpina Savoie is a medium grind and only takes 7 minutes to prepare because it is par-cooked. A yellow corn semolina that will make cooling polenta quick.

Directions

Boil 4 cups of salted water. Add 1 cup of polenta, stirring constantly. Simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
