- COOKING TIPS: Put the bag into a pot full of cold water, bring it to a boiling and cook for about 30 minutes. Cut a corner of the bag to let the broth -formed while cooking- out. Serve it hot. MICROWAVE COOKING: Take the cotechino from its envelope and put it with its gelatine in a microwave container. Cook it at medium intensity for 12 minutes. Turn it halfway through its cooking time.
