Ingredients

WHEAT Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Protein Blend [Brown Rice Protein, SOY Protein], Baking Powder, Flax Seeds, Salt, Sweetener (Sucralose). Made in a factory that handles milk, egg, cereals with gluten, peanuts, nuts & soya.

Directions

180ml of plant based milk. Add 2 large grey scoops (80g). Mix lightly. Rest for 2-3 mins. Add oil to a pan over a medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of batter, cook for 2 mins. Flip over & cook for 2 min. Then enjoy.
