Instant Branched Chain Amino Acids (iBCAA) are a instantised form of BCAA. It is split into a 2:1:1 ratio between Leucine : Isoleucine : Valine. It is far more water soluble than the standard BCAA powder.

Branched Chain amino acids is a term used to describe 3 essential building blocks the body uses for:-
- Growing
- Repairing
- Maintaining muscle mass.

They are considered as essential amino acids as the body cannot produce them and can only be obtained through external sources (Diet and supplements). They make up 35% of the amino acids used in our muscle tissue.

i-BCAA was developed due to the fact that standard BCAA powder was very difficult to mix and could require a sitting period of 10-15min to let the powder dissolve. Instantised iBCCA now mixes into a solution within seconds. This is particularly beneficial if taking iBCAA pre workout or during workout as there is no lumpy solution to consume when trying to work out (that would often be the case if it was standard BCAA).

Branch chain amino acids have become a sport supplement favourite as research suggests that the amino acid Leucine (Highest ratio in our iBCAA) plays a large role in protein synthesis and muscle retention. Ingredients

Per 5g = BCAA; 4.84g, Sunflower Lecithin; 0.16g. BCAA (Leucine 2.44g, Isoleucine 1.2g and Valine 1.2g). Instantising agent (SUNFLOWER Lecithin).

Directions

We recommend consuming 10-20g of iBCAA powder per day. This can be split into 2-4 servings of 5g. iBCAAs can be used with your preferred amount of water or fruit juice.
