For use as a dressing, mix 1 part vinegar with 3 parts oil. For marinades, combine 1/2 cup vinegar with 1/2 cup oil and your choice of herbs and spices. Always shake well before using. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
