- ABOUT - Rosehip (or Rose Hip) is a fruit of a Rose plant - it is naturally rich in nutrients such as Vitamins: B, C and E, catechins, quercetin, and ellagic acid. Commonly used in jams, pies and beverages and also an important element of traditional medicine in many cultures.
- BENEFITS - Native Americans have used rosehip tea to soothe sore throats and indigestion. It has also been used as anti-inflammatory relief e.g. for joint pain, although this has not been proved in clinical studies so far.
