- The linen for this oil from Rsslerhof or other Bioland Farms from the Allgu/Oberschwaben region is slowly and gently cold pressed after harvesting and cleaning and the oil immediately bottled.
- The cooled Bioland linen oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially the important Omega 3 fatty acids. Its fine aroma fits perfectly with quark and yogurt but also with salads.
- Please store in a cool place at 4-8C. After opening, use within 6 weeks.
