Product Description

Vegetarian alternative to gelatine made from carrageen and carob bean gum

Ingredients

Ingredients: maltodextrin, thickener: carragen E407, carob flour E410, dextrose, antioxidant: trinodium citrate E331.

Directions

1. Dissolve 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 3-6 g) Sosa vegetable gelatin in 100 ml cold water. 2. Stir the mixture well until the powder is completely dissolved. 3. Add the dissolved gelatin to your hot liquid (max. 85C) and stir well. 4. Heat the mixture while stirring until it boils and the desired consistency is achieved. 5. Use the gelatin for vegan jelly, mousse or other desserts. Tip: Avoid lumping by dissolving the powder well before adding it to the liquid.
