Honey Oats (Oats Flakes, Honey, Vegetable Oil), Malted Wheat Flakes (Wheat, Malt Extract) Regular Oats, Chopped Apricots (with Rice Flour, preservative Sulphur Dioxide), Raisins Thompson Seedless (with Vegetable Oil), Jumbo Oats, Barley Flakes, Sunflower Seeds, Roasted Hazelnuts.

Contains gluten, nuts and sulphites, may contain traces of sesame. Unsuitable for small children - risk of choking.
