Ingredients

beeswax, Copernicia cerifera cera, natural flavor, Simmondsia chinensis (Jojoba) seed oil, Acacia senegal gum, Commiphora myrrha resin extract, propolis extract

Directions

1. Tear off about 18 inches of floss and wind most of it around one of your middle fingers, leaving an inch or two of floss to work with. 2. Hold the floss taut between your thumbs and index fingers. 3. Gently guide the floss between your teeth, using a zigzag motion. 4. When the floss reaches the gum line, curve it into a C-shape against one tooth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth. 5. Gently move the floss up and down the sides of each tooth, making sure to go beneath the gum line. 6. Use a clean section of floss as you move from tooth to tooth. 7. Don't forget to floss behind your back teeth.
