Suggested use Hint in general non-dairy yogurt has a thinner consistency than dairy yogurt. For a thicker yogurt add tapioca powder, arrowroot powder, corn starch or gelatin.

Other ingredients Non-gmo maltodextrin, s. thermophilus, l. bulgaricus, l. acidophilus.

Directions

Mix 1 pack (5 grams) of Belle and Bella Yogostarter with 1 quart (1 liter) of milk. Heat the mixture to 180F (82C) and maintain this temperature for 5 minutes. Cool the mixture to 110F (43C). Add 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt containing live, active cultures. Pour the mixture into clean containers and incubate at 110F (43C) for 6-12 hours or until the yogurt has set. Chill and enjoy your homemade yogurt.
